$25

Stretch Bands

Purchase a pair of stretch bands for a student athlete. Stretch bands are used on a daily basis to aid in the prevention of knee and shoulder injuries. Because these are essentially huge rubber bands, their frequent use results in the need for replacements every few months.

$50

Nutrition

Purchase 48 post-workout protein shakes for a student athlete. This ensures our athletes can refuel properly after an intense session.

$150

Weighted Vest

Purchase a new weighted vest. Adding a weighted vest to workouts is an excellent way to build core strength while adding an additional degree of difficulty to all movements. They're also effective tools in the early stages of knee surgery rehab.

$200

Trap Bar

Purchase a new trap bar. Excellent for dead lift work, trap bars greatly reduce an athlete's susceptibility to injury by putting their body in a more advantageous position.

$250

Swiss Press Bar

Purchase a new swiss press bar ("football bar"). An excellent tool for all overhead athletes (baseball, softball, volleyball, quarterbacks), a swiss bar naturally puts hands and elbows in a very good position, which greatly reduces stress on the shoulders. It's also a great tool for offensive and defensive linemen in football, as it can simulate the hand positioning for blocking and defensive line techniques used during every play.

$300

Safety Squat Bar

Purchase a new safety squat bar. An excellent squat bar for all overhead athletes (baseball, softball, volleyball, quarterbacks), it takes stress off the shoulders and elbows and greatly reduces wear and tear on those joints. It's also a great tool for athletes rehabbing upper body (especially shoulder) injuries.
